Every woman's journey is unique. Whether you are looking for answers through testing or ongoing personalized support, there is an option designed to meet you where you are.

Fertility → Pregnancy → Postpartum → Hormone Health

Let's Start With Your Data, Not Someone Else's Plan

Ask us what you should be eating and the honest answer is usually: it depends. It depends on who you are, what season you are in, and where your gaps are. That is not a dodge - it is the reason this works differently.

So we get your body's data first, because without that we are just throwing spaghetti at the wall. Then we build a road map. Not a pile of to-dos.

The problem has never been your effort. The problem is that none of it was built for your body.

You Have Been Doing This On Your Own

They Were Right Where You Are

"Can't recommend this program enough."

"I decided to join the program to prepare my body for pregnancy and to learn about optimal pregnancy diet and nutrition to set myself up for success before, during, and after pregnancy. After prepping my body for 4 months, I got pregnant right away on my first try and felt confident going into my pregnancy knowing that I was providing the right nutrition for myself and my baby. I had minimal pregnancy symptoms and most of my lab work has continued to look good throughout my pregnancy. Can't recommend this program enough."
- Akanksha

"I have learned so much about pregnancy"

Through this program I have learned so much about pregnancy, I’ve deepened my knowledge of nutrition, and gotten better at doing nutrition in my day to day life. As an RD I know what healthy eating is. However, with this program, I was supported in making small changes in my diet that highlighted the nutrients important for pregnancy. Eating well consistently is hard, but with this program there was sufficient support in finding creative ways to make sure I get the nutrition that I need. Specifically, I struggled with finding balanced sweet treats for night time cravings, eating consistently across the day, and getting enough protein/calcium. I have since addressed these struggles through my work with Haley and feel empowered to continue.

"The program greatly improved my confidence, knowledge, and preparedness for eating well and getting all of the nutrients I need for myself and baby."

My husband and I had been trying 5 months prior to the program. After 3 months in the program, we finally got our positive pregnancy test! The program greatly improved my confidence, knowledge, and preparedness for eating well and getting all of the nutrients I need for myself and baby. With Haley's support, I was able to identify and create habits during my time of trying to conceive that became incredibly helpful once I became pregnant.
- Kallie

"I was able to have a relatively symptom-free pregnancy after starting my work with Haley."

I was able to have a relatively symptom-free pregnancy after starting my work with Haley. I learned how to manage nausea, fatigue, and acid reflux as they popped up and with her help they all went away shortly after they appeared. I felt knowledgeable and empowered about my nutrition needs and was able to get rid of any stress or worry about whether I was eating/drinking the right things. I really enjoyed working with Haley and would recommend her to anyone looking for nutritional support during pregnancy.

"Working with Haley was by far the best decision I made in my first pregnancy."

Working with Haley was by far the best decision I made in my first pregnancy. She immediately helped me with morning sickness that almost had me in bed all day. She listened to what I was experiencing, validated what I was feeling and used that to help find the root cause of my symptoms. From there, she continued to make me feel so safe and confident in the food and supplements I was using. I honestly don't know how I could have gotten through pregnancy without her.

Hint: it starts with your data.

You don't need more information. You need a plan built for your body.

While your testing is being completed, we start building your foundations. Foundations come first, because every supplement and every dietary change works better when what is underneath it is solid.

Step Two: Build Your Foundations

Once your results are in, you get your personalized protocol with a phased implementation plan, and we are beside you for the rest of it, making it part of your daily life.

Step Three: Personalization + Implementation

Our time together starts with a thorough assessment of what you actually need. We work out which testing makes sense for you, and we go through your health history and any previous lab work alongside it. This is where we gather the data to get a clear picture of what is going on in your body.

Step One: Test And Assess

You're coming back after a loss, and you want to do everything you can this time.

You're in the right place if:

You're trying to conceive, naturally or through IVF or IUI, and you want to give your body the best possible starting point.

You're pregnant and trying to work out what actually matters, from first-trimester nausea through third-trimester energy.

You're postpartum and depleted, running on very little, wondering why you still do not feel like yourself.

You're working on hormone balance, or navigating perimenopause, irregular cycles, PMS, low energy, or weight that will not shift the way it used to.

Testing, whether that is HTMA, bloodwork, micronutrient testing or a combination, chosen based on your symptoms, your health history and your individual needs

We Are Actually Available

Which labs to ask for, what the results mean, how to bring them to your own provider. That skill stays with you long after we finish working together. The goal is your independence, not your dependence on us.

We Teach You To Advocate For Yourself

Nutrition matters, and so does the mental and emotional side of the season you are in. Especially through loss, complications, or a pregnancy you have waited a long time for. Both get acknowledged here.

We Treat The Whole Picture, Not Just The Food

Blood work. Hair mineral analysis. Micronutrient panels. Your cycle and symptom patterns. What you are actually eating, and what your week actually looks like. No protocol gets written until we can see what your body is telling us.

We Test Before We Recommend Anything

Why Work With Us

Questions women ask before they start

Which one is right for me?

If you are trying to conceive, pregnant, or in the first year postpartum, prenatal nutrition coaching. If your cycles, energy, mood or weight have shifted, perimenopause nutrition coaching. If you want answers before committing to anything ongoing, Nourish & Discover. And if you are unsure, apply and tell us where you are. Working that out is part of the first conversation.

What does it cost?

Nourish & Discover is a one-time $597 for HTMA and bloodwork, or $897 for micronutrient testing. Coaching starts at $497 a month with a four-month minimum. Each program page sets out its membership tiers and what each one includes.

Why a four-month minimum?

Because that is the shortest honest window for testing, adjusting, and seeing how your body responds. Nutrition changes take time to show up, both in how you feel and in your labs.

Is testing included in coaching?

Yes. HTMA, bloodwork, micronutrient testing, or a combination, chosen based on your symptoms, your health history and your individual needs. In addition, DUTCH, GI Map, and Tiny Health vaginal microbiome are commonly done. Testing is based on what you need and we will figure that out together before starting.

What if I start with Nourish & Discover and then want coaching?

Enroll within 30 days of completing your package and you will receive a $200 credit toward your first month of coaching.

Do you accept insurance?

Not currently. We can provide a superbill to submit for reimbursement, and we accept HSA and FSA.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes. Financing is available through PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay and several other options, so you can split the cost into smaller payments that fit your budget.

What if I am struggling with nausea and cannot eat much right now?

We will help you find nutrient-packed foods you can tolerate and build a plan that works with your symptoms rather than against them.

Can I work with you from outside the US?

Yes. We have worked with women all over the world.

apply to work together

Tell us where you are and what is going on. We will tell you honestly which of the three makes sense, and if we are not the right fit, we will say so.

You do not have to work this out alone, and you do not have to have it figured out before you apply.
