Nourish Your Body with confidence from trying to conceive to postpartum

If you are trying to get pregnant, currently pregnant, or navigating postpartum life, chances are you are juggling a lot. Appointments. Advice. Opinions. Social media noise. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, you are just trying to take care of yourself and your baby.

It can feel overwhelming, and even scary, to know what actually matters when it comes to food, supplements, energy, and healing.

How to prepare my body for pregnancy. What I should actually be eating in the first trimester. Which prenatal is worth the money. How to manage nausea without medication. Why I am still this tired postpartum. What to eat before the glucose test.

You came away with forty open tabs and the uncertainty if it was right for you.

You have probably been awake late at night looking for answers

different forms, and on what you are already getting from food. That is why we do not hand everyone the same list.

So we start with bloodwork, hair mineral analysis and micronutrient testing, chosen based on what your history and symptoms actually point to. Then your plan gets built from what those results say. Not from what generally helps pregnant women. Not from a protocol that worked for someone else.

Without the data we would just be throwing spaghetti at the wall, and you and your baby deserve better than that.

Some of it might even be right for you. The problem is that none of it was written for your body, and there is no way to know which parts apply to you until someone looks at your actual data.

There is no such thing as the best prenatal. The best prenatal for you depends on your labs, on whether you have an MTHFR variant, on how your stomach handles

You do not have to guess your way through prenatal nutrition, whatever stage you are in. You get clear, supportive guidance that adjusts with you, so you feel calmer, stronger, and more confident in your body through every stage.

A gentle, supportive prenatal nutrition program that takes the stress out of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition

Introducing Nourish Baby & Me Foundations

You can give it four months, because that is how long it takes to test, adjust, and see your body respond.

You would rather know what your body actually needs than keep guessing from the internet.

You are postpartum and depleted, running on very little, wondering why you still do not feel like yourself.

You are pregnant and trying to work out what actually matters, rather than following every rule you read

You are trying to conceive, naturally or through IVF or IUI, and you want to give your body the best possible starting point

You’re in the Right Place If…

Your cycles, energy, sleep, mood or weight have changed, and you want to understand why rather than just manage it.

Your body has just done something incredible, and now it deserves the nourishment to recover, rebuild, and thrive. Postpartum is a critical window for replenishing what pregnancy and birth used up. We help you restore key nutrients, support postpartum mood, and rebuild your energy so you can show up for yourself and your family. This is for you, Mama.

Postpartum

Pregnancy is a season of real transformation, and your nutritional needs change with every stage of it. We make sure you are getting what you and your baby need as those needs shift, from managing nausea in the early weeks through supporting growth and development later on. We also work on steady energy, easing common discomforts, and the mental and emotional side of pregnancy, which matters just as much as the food.

Pregnancy

Preparing for conception, naturally or through IVF or IUI, takes more than hope. It takes a clear, personalized strategy. We take the guesswork out of fertility nutrition with food and lifestyle recommendations built on your labs, focusing on supporting hormone balance, reducing inflammation, and managing stress, so you go into this feeling prepared rather than uncertain.

Preconception & Fertility

Whatever Season You Are In

How we work together

We start with a thorough assessment of what you actually need, and work out which testing makes sense for you. Your health history and any previous lab work get reviewed alongside it, so nothing you have already done goes to waste.

Step One: Test & Assess

While your testing is being completed, we start building your foundations. Foundations come first, because every supplement and every dietary change works better when what is underneath it is solid.

Step Two: Build Your Foundations

Once your results are in, you get your personalized protocol with a phased implementation plan, and we are beside you for the rest of it, making it part of your daily life rather than another thing on your list.

Step Three: Personalization & Implementation

So you feel encouraged and connected to women who are also prioritizing their health and well-being.

So you understand what actually supports hormone health, without feeling overwhelmed by conflicting information.

So you always have someone to ask questions, talk things through, and help you adjust when life feels unpredictable.

Personalized prenatal nutrition Coaching

Functional Dietitian coaching built around your data

Messaging runs Monday to Friday during business hours... So when you have a question about the supplement label you are standing in the aisle holding, or the week where nausea wipes out everything you planned to eat, I'm there. You will hear back within one business day. Anything urgent or medical goes to your provider first, and we will help you work out what to ask.

Also, four months is not a number we picked to fill a program. Your testing takes a few weeks to come back, your plan gets built from those results, and then your body needs real time with it. In a season where your needs keep changing, four months is the shortest honest window to test, adjust, and see where you land.

HSA and FSA cards both work, and financing is available. We do not bill insurance, but we will give you a superbill to submit for reimbursement.

Questions Before You Apply

Nutrition with Haley — Nourish Baby & Me FAQ

Do I get personalized 1:1 coaching in the program?

Yes. This is a hybrid of private 1:1 coaching, self-paced learning, and community support.

Once you sign up we schedule an onboarding start date to go over your specific needs, your labs, and your diet, and set a plan of action in place. That usually takes one to two weeks. From there you have twice-weekly Q&A threads, 1:1 check-ins every other week where we look through your food journal and check-in form, and twice-monthly Zoom roundtable calls.

What does it cost?

The base level coaching package is $497 a month with the option to add on one on one calls. Pay in full and save 10 percent. Testing is included.

Which testing will I actually do?

It depends on what your history and symptoms point to. Usually some combination of bloodwork, hair mineral analysis and micronutrient testing. We decide together during onboarding rather than running the same panel on everyone.

Is it safe to do this while pregnant?

Everything is built around supporting you and your baby, and we work alongside your provider rather than around them. Part of what you learn here is how to bring your data to your OB or midwife and ask better questions.

Can I start at any stage?

Yes. Women join while trying to conceive, mid-pregnancy, and postpartum. The plan is built for where you are right now.

What if I am struggling with nausea and cannot eat much right now?

We will help you find nutrient-packed foods you can tolerate and build a plan that works with your symptoms rather than against them. That is one of the most common places we start.

Why a four-month minimum?

Because that is the shortest honest window for testing, adjusting, and seeing how your body responds, in how you feel and in your labs.

How soon can I start?

Usually within a few weeks to a month of your first conversation with us. There is often a short waitlist, and we will tell you exactly where things stand when you apply.

I'm hesitant to invest. Do you offer payment plans?

We completely understand the financial commitment of working with a dietitian. We accept FSA and HSA, and financing is available through PayPal. If those options do not work, we can discuss your situation privately and find something that does.

We never want the investment to be what stops you from getting the support you deserve. So many women tell us afterwards that it was the best money they spent, because the knowledge and the tools stayed with them.

Do you accept insurance?

Not currently, but we can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, and we do accept HSA and FSA.

Can I join if I am located outside the US?

Yes. We have worked with women all over the world.

Whether you are trying to conceive, already pregnant, or postpartum, this program gives you the tools, the guidance, and the personalized support to feel confident in your nutrition and your health decisions.
