I decided to join the program to prepare my body for pregnancy and to learn about optimal pregnancy diet/nutrition to set myself up for success before, during, and after pregnancy. After prepping my body for 4 months, I got pregnant right away on my first try and felt confident going into my pregnancy knowing that I was providing the right nutrition for myself and my baby. I had minimal pregnancy symptoms and most of my lab work has continued to look good throughout my pregnancy. Can't recommend this program enough.

Through this program I have learned so much about pregnancy, I’ve deepened my
knowledge of nutrition, and gotten better at doing nutrition in my day to day life. As an RD I know what healthy eating is. However, with this program, I was supported in making small changes in my diet that highlighted the nutrients important for pregnancy. Eating well consistently is hard, but with this program there was sufficient support in finding creative ways to make sure I get the nutrition that I need. Specifically, I struggled with finding balanced sweet treats for night time cravings, eating consistently across the day, and getting enough protein/calcium. I have since addressed these struggles through my work with Haley and feel empowered to continue.

I was able to have a relatively symptom-free pregnancy after starting my work with Haley. I learned how to manage nausea, fatigue, and acid reflux as they popped up and with her help they all went away shortly after they appeared.
